1️ How does the referral program work?
It’s simple:

  • Share your unique referral link or QR code with a friend.

  • Your friend gets 50% OFF their first two classes.

  • Once they complete their first class, you’ll receive up to $50 OFF your next plan.

2️ Who can I refer?
You can refer new clients who have never attended AG Pilates Studio before. They must use your referral link or QR code to sign up.

3️ When do I receive my reward?
Your discount is applied after your friend completes their first class. You will receive an email confirming your reward.

4️ Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes! There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer. The more you refer, the more you save.

5️ Can my friend use the referral discount on any plan?
The 50% OFF discount applies only to the first two classes for new clients. After that, they can choose any plan at the regular rate.

6️ How do I claim my discount?
Once your friend completes their first class, we will automatically apply your discount to your next plan. If you have questions, contact us.

7️ Do referral discounts expire?
Yes, your referral discount must be used within 30 days of earning it.

8️ Where can I find my referral link or QR code?
Your unique link or QR code is available on the Refer & Earn page. You can also request it by email or in person at AG Pilates Studio.

By participating in the AG Pilates Studio Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility

    • The referral program is open to all current AG Pilates Studio clients with an active account.

    • Referred friends must be new clients who have never attended AG Pilates Studio before.

  2. Referral Process

    • You must share your unique referral link or QR code with friends.

    • The referred friend must sign up and purchase their first plan using the referral link.

  3. Rewards & Discounts

    • The referred friend will receive 50% off their first 2 classes.

    • Once the referred friend successfully completes their first class, the referrer will receive up to $50 off their next plan.

    • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or free trials.

  4. Limitations

    • Each referred friend can only use one referral link.

    • Referrers cannot refer themselves or create multiple accounts.

    • AG Pilates Studio reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

  5. Fraud Prevention

    • Any suspected abuse, fraudulent referrals, or violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the program.

    • AG Pilates Studio reserves the right to withhold rewards if fraudulent activity is suspected.
