Perfect for all fitness levels, these classes provide the ultimate balance of challenge and support in a friendly, small group setting (max. 4 participants).

Monday–Friday:

  • Mornings:

Monday / Wednesday / Friday

8:00 AM and 9:00 AM (50 minutes class)

Tuesday / Thursday

10:00AM and 11:00AM (50 minutes class)

  • Afternoons:

Monday to Friday

5:00 PM and 6:00 PM (50 minutes class)

Saturday:

  • Mornings: 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM (50 minutes class)

How to sign up online?

STEP 1: Purchase your plan on the Plans & Pricing page.

STEP 2: Book your class on the Book Online page.

STEP 3: Start your Pilates classes.

Important: It is compulsory to wear comfortable Pilates or gym attire, Pilates socks, and bring a towel and a bottle of water.
